- Hotel Transfers: Round-trip transportation from your hotel to the trekking location and back for your convenience.

Payments
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival in Bali.
- Payment must be made after receiving a copy of the invoice, which will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
Cancelation
- In case of cancellation after the transfer, the deposit will be refunded according to the terms set by our vendors, such as hotels and other activity providers.
- Any remaining deposit with us (for hotel payments, etc.) will be refunded. However, deposits already paid to our vendors will follow their respective policies, such as those from hotels, restaurants, and other third-party service providers supporting the tour activities.
